About our Coffee:We are proud wholesale partners with Counter Culture Coffee, a company with extremely high sustainability principals and transparent with farmers and the entire process.
Counter Culture Coffee has two roasters, one in Durham, North Carolina, and the second in Emeryville, California (which is where our coffee is roasted). CCC is primarily mild roast, and most of the offerings are USDA Certified Organic and Kosher. About the Milk:We believe in using the best ingredients. Period. No short cuts. Our dairy milk is local Sonoma Clover Organic Milk.
We use the following non-dairy milk: Califia Almond Milk Pacific Brand: Soy, Coconut, Hemp About the Baked Goods:It's no lie -- Freeport Bakery is the best local bakery hands down. Which is why we've asked to partner with them since we've opened. A local mom-and-pop shop owned and operated by husband and wife, Marlene & Walter Goetzeler.
