Barista
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title: Barista
Starting Wage: Minimum + tips
Description: Hired candidate will be trained on all Barista shifts available including register, opening, closing, midday shifts. Learning Barista Fundamentals and taught all health code regulations. Baristas primarily work alone.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have open availability on weekends
• Must be able to work at least 16 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good attitude
• Excellent customer service
DO NOT APPLY IF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES YOU:
• Calls in a lot (more than 2-3 times per quarter is considered a lot)
• Cannot work alone
• Has major events or calendar commitments within the next 6 months
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Cash handling / register
• Cafe or restaurant experience
• Working in a customer service environment
• Working in retail
• Current food handlers certificate
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cleaning
• Daily/weekly/monthly chores
• Setting up and closing down appliances and machinery
• Setting up and closing down patio furniture (weight 10-30lbs)
• FIFO product
• CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Learning coworking information
• Stocking supplies
• Creating beautiful and tasty beverages
• Coffee education
